6 visits over 8 months were made to Stewart Walton Greyhound trainer kennels by veterinary professionals attached to the GBGB, yet dogs remained to suffer throughout this time

BODELL EARL - Last raced at Henlow greyhound track in 2013
This poor boy could have been homed on finishing racing 8 years ago but did not leave Mr. Walton's kennels until he was almost 13 years old.
O'Malley Star - Last raced at Henlow greyhound track in 2013
This poor girl could have been homed on finishing racing but instead died in her trainers kennels at 11yrs old, never experiencing a loving home
Attykitt Fire finished racing in 2011 and could have been found a home but instead stayed at this trainers kennels until he was almost 11yrs old.
He will have been rescued possibly just around one month prior his 11th Birthday.
Boddell Swift last raced at Perry Barr greyhound stadium in 2019 at just 5yrs old.
Mallog Lucky last raced at Perry Barr greyhound track in 2018, at 3 years old
We shall be contacting the GBGB to ask if Boddell Swift and Mallog Lucky have remained with Mr Walton as we are highly concerned that only 2 dogs appear to have been removed from him

PENALTY
Mr Walton has been disqualified from racing dogs on licensed tracks indefinitely. However no charges have been brought against him for any breaches of the Animal Welfare Act, to date.
