Meeka & Sandy need a home
Meeka (brindle) and Sandy have come into branch care via one of the RSPCA’s inspectors. They are about 6 months old and quite timid girls. They haven't been out and about much so everything is new, including lead walking. Homes with sight hound experience would be ideal, and where they will be given time to become the loving, beautiful companions they are meant to be.
They will need a secure garden and home so we are looking for a family home without very young children who may leave a door open unintentionally or be too much for her at the moment.
They should be fine with an older dog in the family who can show them that not everything is scarey and, with careful introductions, they may be ok with a confident cat but no small furries such as rabbits or guinea pigs.
Meeka and Sandy are with R S P C A Tameside and Glossop
